- Exchanges and returns must be sent to us within 30 days. 14 days for sales products.

- You pay for the return shipping costs, and no costs in relation to returns and exchanges are refundable.

- The product must be unused and in it’s original packaging, otherwise, you risk that there will be decrease in the value of the product, which means that you will receive a lesser refund or in worst case, no refund at all.

- ou bear the risk of the products from the time of delivery to you, to the moment that the products have reached our location. Which means that you are responsible for the product reaching us safely and undamaged.

- When shipping your return parcel please note, that we do not accept customers or personal exchanges / returns at the address and we do not collect return parcels from parcel boxes, post offices or the like.

– The parcel must be sent directly to the below address. In addition, we do not take delivery of parcels sent as ‘cash on delivery’.
