COAXcopenhagen.com is a Danish online webshop.

The webshop is owned by CPHagen ApS established in 2009.

All prices on COAXCopenhagen.com include VAT, import duties and all other Danish taxes. 

Delivery 

We ship to all countries across the world every day of the week - except weekends and holidays. If you cannot find your country on our shipping list and wish to place an order, then please contact our customer services team on sales@coaxcopenhagen.com, who, within a few days can create a shipping rate for your country.

In some cases, situations may arise where the shipping company delivers to another parcel shop due to space problems.

We are located in Copenhagen and do all our shipping from our Danish HQ. Below you'll find the delivery times and shipping prices for your country. Please note, that some styles may have a slightly longer delivery time. If you would like to find a specific delivery time for your country, then please open the tab "Delivery information" found on each product page, below the product description. Should delays occur, then you’ll be contacted directly by the COAX Copenhagen girls.

If you have not received your package within 1 month, please contact us without delay.

Correct Information

It is extremely important that both the first and last name is filled in correctly when ordering from our website. If any of the information is incorrect, you may risk that the package is not delivered. It is your responsibility to provide all of the correct information, in order for us to guarantee the stated delivery times.

Shipping is carried out by PostNord Denmark, working with various shippers across the world such as DPD, ChronoPost etc.

Payment  

We accept the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, AMEX & Paypal (When using PayPal you must know that you are not protected by the objection system)

Upon payment, the purchase amount will be reserved at your bank until COAXcopenhagen captures the money. The money will be captured from your account once the goods are shipped. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase. We do not charge card fees.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Safety

When you shop at coaxcopenhagen.com you'll be one of thousands of customers who have safely shopped with us without credit card fraud. Safe technology: Our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software is through ePay A/S and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet

Exchanges & Returns

When you return an item please print, complete and enclose our Exchange / Return form which you can download by clicking here.

In accordance with Danish law, you usually have 14 days to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item to us. We have chosen to offer our customers 30 days right to cancel a purchase, which runs from the time you receive the time. Please print and complete our Exchange / Return form and enclose it in the parcel that you send back to us.

The cancellation deadline expires on the 31st day after you’ve received the time. If you have ordered multiple items that will be delivered in two or more shipments, the deadline runs from the day you received the last item.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the parcel, without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of your purchase

If you purchase several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased as part of one order. Please note that we do not reimburse the shipping costs if you cancel part of or the entire purchase.

Return 

You have to pay for the parcel to be returned to us, and you are liable for any possible damage occurring during transport. You are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product. 

If you live outside the EU

If you live outside the EU then you also need to complete a Proforma for customs, with an 'X' in 'Return', stick 3 x copies on the outside of your parcel: Proforma

If you do NOT return your parcel correctly with the proforma invoice, your parcel will be held in customs, and you will be charged a handling fee of €22.00. This cost will be covered by us when we receive your parcel, and ultimately, we will deduct it from your return

The condition of the product when you return it 

The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. You may want to open the product and try it on, but you need to ensure that this process does not diminish the resales value of the product.

-Panties, bodysuits etc. MUST be tried on outside your own knickers, otherwise you risk that the item has a significant impairment and you may therefore only get a small amount refunded, or in worst case, no refund at all.

-The same goes for unpacked stockings, socks etc. – for hygiene reasons.

You must return the product in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may cause a loss of value for the entire product.

Reimbursement 

If you regret your purchase, you’ll get your money back for the item. If impaired, we will deduct the amount that you are liable for. We will refund the payment received by you, excl. delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return parcel.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. This is done for security reasons. No gift vouchers are issued in relation to a return – the amount will always be refunded to your account.

Please note! We do not accept customers or personal exchanges / returns at the address and we do not collect return parcel from parcel boxes, post offices or the like – the parcel must be sent directly to the above address. In addition, we do not receive parcels sent as ‘cash on delivery’ or collect 'Signature required' parcels from drop-points. We recommend that you send your parcel as an insured package with 'home/company' delivery.

Faulty goods 

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods. 

When you shop at coaxcopenhagen.com you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction on the price, depending on the specific situation.  

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behavior. 

You must notify us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely. 

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) delivery costs.

When you are returning the product please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible.  

Remember that the product always has to be sent back in the proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt of dispatch, so that we can refund your delivery costs.

Record of your site visit

When you enter address information and e-mail details at COAXcopenhagen.com, we store the information for your next visit. This way you avoid having to enter the same information the next time you visit us. A log statistic is made at COAXcopenhagen.com. These statistics are used to gather information about the number of visitors, where they come from and how they move around the site. This does not affect the security of your data and personal information.

Complaint procedure  

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at sales@coaxcopenhagen.com. If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with e-mærket which is the e-commerce organization that we are regulated under:

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.
